Katie Johnstone
Originally from Dundee, Scotland, Katie spent three years studying Fine
Art, followed by an Honours degree in Illustration from Duncan of Jordanstone
College of Art, specialising in Print Making.
After a brief visit on a student exchange to study at Massey University
in Wellington, she fell in love with New Zealand and its culture. She then
returned to Scotland where she worked as a Screen Printer as well as exhibiting
her own work in local galleries, later deciding to move to Wellington to
settle.
Katie started working at Jo Luping Design in early 2010 and is enjoying
the opportunity to be a part of this creative and innovative company making
quality hand-crafted products that capture the natural beauty of New Zealand.
