Tī Kōuka Black
A detail drawing of the cabbage tree, also known as tī kōuka. It is an elegant tree unique to New Zealand which is commonly found throughout wetlands and scrubland in both North and South Island.
Technical Information:
Made from white porcelain. Decal bowls have a semi-gloss clear glaze with decal and unglazed outside. 100mm x 28mm high ˑ each piece comes boxed with an image of the design on the lid and a story about the meaning of the design on the box bottom, as well as a story card inside about the artist and design. These pieces feature irregularities in both shape and form; this is part of the organic nature of the collection. Food safe, dishwasher & microwave safe. Designed in New Zealand by Jo Luping, made in China.
