Shipping policy

How do you ship?

For orders to Australia, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150AUD.
Orders under $150 will be charged a flat fee of $25AUD, under $100 will be charged $20AUD and under $50 will be charged $10AUD.
Our standard shipping goes with New Zealand Post and takes about 5-12 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed. Please note that we don't have any expedited shipping options at this time.
For any other orders outside of Australia please email us at jo@joluping.design and we will provide a shipping fee based on your requirements.
