Rangiora On Dark Grey 1 Gallon Ecofelt Growbag
I am interested in the medicinal properties of plants, especially as they have been used by indigenous peoples around the world. In this series i am exploring New Zealand Maori use of plants endemic to New Zealand. This Ecofelt Growbag features a drawing of a Rangiora, a small shrub that can be found in the lower half of the North Island and upper half of the South Island of New Zealand. Medicinally it has been used for its antiseptic qualities to cure wounds or small cuts. It has the additional benefit of having large soft leaves which can be used as toilet paper - which has earned it the title - bushman's toilet paper.
